Most of our gift baskets have fixed contents. Feel free to reach out if you want some items changed, and we’ll check with our fulfillment center if it’s possible. Quick note: Gifts that contain chocolate components may include a non-meltable substitution component of equal or greater value to ensure that you get the quality you’re paying for. And if any component of the basket of choice is unavailable, we will substitute it with something of the same or greater value.

Every JGB gift includes a personal message written on the packing slip of your gift. If you want to add a greeting card for your recipient, feel free to let us know. It may incur additional fees, but notes from the heart are always priceless. ?

We ship from Monday to Friday only.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Orders placed before 1 PM CST (cut-off time) will be shipped the next business day.

? A few things to note:

• If your gift basket has been already shipped, there will be an address correction fee of $19.50 for all ground orders and $24.50 for air orders.
• If your package is returned to us by UPS due to an incorrect/non-deliverable address or recipient refusal, there will be a return shipping charge of $19.50 and a 20% restocking fee in addition to the address correction fee.

Yes, but please know that once we pass a gift basket to our third-party courier, we no longer hold the reality of its delivery - they do.

This means that there’s no exact way for us to control the schedule and delivery process. Circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, and so forth, can create a delay in delivery. As always, we’ll make sure to ship at jet speed while your gift is still in our hands. ?

Yes, you can. Feel free to contact us. Although please note that all damage, late delivery claims, discrepancies, or issues of any kind must be made within 3 business days after receiving your gift.

Sure, it should be picked up at the post office. Also, all USPS shipments take 1-2 extra days to ship out.

Yep! We offer shipping to all international addresses via USPS. Shipments take one extra day to ship out. But please note that there will be no claims offered/honored or refunds for international shipments.

Our awesome gifting elves are busiest during November and December. We can’t promise you delivery lead times due to a massive increase in order volume. But no worries! We’ll do our best to ship your gift baskets at jet speed – and as always - made with love and handled with utmost care. ?

All damage claims, discrepancies, late delivery claims, or issues of any kind must be made within 3 business days upon delivery.

If you’re simply not satisfied for any other reason other than a JGB error, you may ship it back to us at your own expense as long as it’s returned within the mentioned time frame.

We can offer a partial refund on the merchandise amount, but the original shipping is not refunded.
