How can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us at [email protected]. However, if your basket is ready for delivery, we can no longer make any changes to your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at [email protected] for order cancellation. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped or delivered, we can no longer reverse the process. Your order will proceed as scheduled. We hope you understand!

Can you ship alcohol anywhere in the US?

Due to state laws, gifts with wine or beer may not be shipped to: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Utah. The receiver must be 21 years of age or older, and must show identification.

Are my credit card details and information in your website secure?

We do not have access to your credit card or payment details since they are processed by Stripe or Paypal. Rest assured that any customer information we may have will never be provided to any third party.

Can I include a special note with my package?

Yes, you definitely can! You can leave instructions and write your message on the “order notes” portion of the checkout page.

Are the items in the basket interchangeable?

No, the contents of baskets are fixed and not interchangeable. However, gifts that contain chocolate components may include a non-meltable substitution component of equal or greater value, to ensure that you get the quality you’re paying for. Also, if any component of the basket of choice is unavailable, we will substitute something of the same or greater value.

How can I track my order?

You should receive an email from us once the tracking information is available.

What do I do if the coupon code isn't recognized?

First, please make sure that the coupon code you are using is still valid. Next, make sure you are typing the correct code. If the error persists, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

What do I do if the coupon code isn't recognized?

No, our coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with other codes or promos.

How will I get my refund from a cancelled order?

The refund should reflect on your original mode of payment. However, please note that if you have used a credit card, it may take up to 3-7 business days before the refund amount reflects back to your account.

How much is the shipping cost?

Each basket has a different delivery price depending on your location. We suggest that you check shipping prices during checkout.

How long is your shipping time?

We have next-day delivery enabled on some baskets. Other baskets deliver in 2 or 3 days depending on your shipment selection.

What will happen if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact [email protected] immediately. However, If the basket has already been packed or shipped out, you will be charged an address correction fee.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, we only ship within the U.S.

Is your shipping guaranteed?

Yes, but please know that once we pass a gift basket to our third-party courier, we no longer hold the reality of its delivery; they do. This means that there is no exact way for us to control the schedule and delivery process. Circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, and so forth can create a delay in delivery.

What if I'm sending the basket to a hospital?

Most hospitals will have a receiving area where they allow delivery drivers to drop off packages for patients. A hospital staff will bring the basket to the recipient. Actual delivery time to the recipient may vary depending on the time of day when the package is initially delivered.

What if I'm sending the basket to a college or university?

Deliveries to colleges go directly to the campus mail room. Even if an exact address is indicated, all packages usually go through the mail room. It is a security measure placed by schools to protect their students and employees.

What if I'm sending the basket to a work address?

Deliveries to work addresses usually end up at the front desk, a welcome desk, or a receiving area. Oftentimes, delivery riders will not be allowed to go inside the office premises. Once the basket is signed for, it is the company’s sole responsibility to ensure that the basket reaches the correct recipient.

What if I'm not around to receive the basket?

In most cases, the courier will leave the gift basket at your front door or mailbox.

Which shipping couriers do you use?

We ship mainly through FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We ensure careful consideration of which courier can cater best to the delivery area based on the gift contents and delivery address.

Holiday shipping disclaimer

Our busiest months are November and December. We will do our best to ship all the gift baskets as fast as we can while focusing on quality. Please know that during these months we will not be able to guarantee delivery lead times because of an increase in order volume.

Special holidays and occasions shipping disclaimer

Please be informed that we are unable to guarantee last minute orders during special holidays and occasions. We will make the delivery at the earliest possible date. Special holidays or occasions can be defined as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Labor Day, and other local holidays.

Summer shipping disclaimer

Gift baskets that contain temperature-sensitive products such as chocolates may not be available for shipping during the summer season. These items will be substituted for products of equal or greater value.

Does the shipping date count when calculating the delivery date?

No, the day the shipment is picked up is not inlcluded when calculating the delivery date. Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays are not calculated in the delivery dates as well. All orders received after 2PM EST will be shipped the next business days.

How can I file a complaint?

You may send your complaints to [email protected]. Please make sure you include your order number, sender details, and other supporting information.

What is your Return Policy?

All damaged claims, discrepancies, late delivery claims, or issues of any kind must be submitted within 2 business days upon receipt of gift/s.

Additional payment request

In very rare cases we may be forced to contact you and request a price adjustment due to an increase in shipping rates or other unforeseeable circumstances. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
